Reiki
Energy flows through every living thing. Reiki is a deeply relaxing, holistic healing technique that channels the universal life force energy into the body to clear blocks and activate the body's innate healing mechanisms. Through the Reiki process, I can help you address many concerns, spanning the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual realms.

Welcome to Restorative Massage & Bodywork. I'm Kathy, your Certified Hypnotic Coach, Board Certified Licensed Massage Therapist, and Reiki Practitioner and Teacher. Every human being has dealt with some emotional or spiritual issue at one time or another. Even though our experiences help us to evolve and grow into compassionate and caring individuals, the stresses of daily living can take their toll on our bodies. My healing approach combines Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, Massage Therapy, and Reiki to address your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
